Configure Dial Code Prompt

Prerequisites

Before entering the dial code prompt, the prompt needs to be successfully loaded to take effect.

Install Dial Code Prompt

Change Announcements

  1. Open the Prompt List
  2. Edit "DialCodeIdentityPrompt"
  3. Change Welcome or AudioFile
  4. Save

Explanation per field

In order to manage Dialcodes, the following field could be filled in:

  • Dial Code- The code the customer needs to enter.

  • Skill- The Skill that is chosen after entering the dial code

Dial Codes Create/Edit/Remove

A Dial Codes can be created, edited or removed.

Warning

Updates to the system are real-time; therefore wrong entries might cause malfunctions.

Create Dial Codes

  1. Open the Dial Codes list.

  2. Select the “Add new item” button.

  3. Enter the correct data in the window that appears.

  4. Select the “Save” button.

Edit Dial Codes

  1. Open the Dial Codes list.

  2. Tick the respective Dial Codes.

  3. Select the “Edit Properties” button.

  4. Enter the correct data in the window that appears.

  5. Select the “Save” button.

Remove Dial Codes

  1. Open the Dial Codes list.

  2. Tick the respective Dial Codes.

  3. Select the “Delete Item” button.
