WebAgent for SalesForce Installation

Note

Additional AnywhereNow WebAgent and CTI Integration license required.

Prerequisites

  • Configure Sign-in for WebAgent for SalesForce

  • Ensure your AnywhereNow representative has activated the SalesForce plugin for the WebAgent.

    1. Open your browser.

    2. Access the development tools by pressing F12.

    3. Switch to the Network tab.

    4. Navigate to the WebAgent and sign in with your user credentials.

    5. In the filter, search for salesforce.plugin.js.

    Verification:

    • If you see salesforce.plugin.js in the list, the plugin is active.

    • If not, contact your AnywhereNow representative for assistance.
