WebAgent for ServiceNow Installation

Prerequisites

• Configure Sign-in for WebAgent for ServiceNow

• Ensure your AnywhereNow representative has activated the ServiceNow plugin for the WebAgent in the OnePortal Formerly known as Partner Portal. A redesigned web portal for managing Dialogue Cloud deployments..

  Validation Steps:

  1. Open your browser.

  2. Access the development tools by pressing F12.

  3. Switch to the Network tab.

  4. Navigate to the WebAgent and sign in with your user credentials.

  5. In the filter, search for servicenow.plugin.js.

  Verification:

  • If you see servicenow.plugin.js in the list, the plugin is active.

  • If not, contact your AnywhereNow representative for assistance.
