Create AutoAttendant list

Fill in properties
- Site = URL or A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). A UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. site
- Username = User to connect to SharePoint
- Password = Password of User

Open PowerShell as Administrator

Run createAutoAttendantList.ps1
Add Prompt to Prompt list

Open the Prompt list
-
Select "New Item"
- Use "AutoAttendantPrompt" as PromptId
- Select "Save"
Create Dial Codes IVR Questions

Open the Interactive Voice Response, or IVR, is a telephone application to take orders via telephone keypad or voice through a computer. By choosing menu options the caller receives information, without the intervention of a human operator, or will be forwarded to the appropriate Agent. Question list

Select "New Item"
- Use "AutoAttendantPrompt" as Title
- Use "Prompt" as Action
- Use "Welcome Message" as Parent Question
- Enter a valid Choice
- Use "AutoAttendantPrompt" as Name
- Select "Save"

Select "New Item"
- Use "Question invalidcode" as Title
- Enter a valid Choice
- Use "Answer" or "AudioAnswer" as feedback for an incorrect response.
(optionally also configure an Action) - Select "Save"
Edit Prompt in Prompt list

Open the Prompt list

Edit the "AutoAttendantPrompt"
- Use "Question invalidcode" as Sad
- Select "Save"
Add Prompt setting

Open the Settings list
-
Select "New Item"
- Use "NoPromptReceivedTimeout" as Title
- Select "Save"

Select "New Item"
- Use "MaxPromptResults:" as Title
- Enter a number as value, 5 for example
- Select "Save"
Add Prompt to Config

Login on the AnywhereNow Server

Open file ‘Config.xml’ for editing purposes.
Tip
First make a backup of the file to prevent problems!
The default path of this file is:
C:\ProgramData\Anywhere365\Core\Service\UnifiedContactCenterService\Config.xml

Add the following code to the UCC

Prompt dll files needs to be placed on the correct location first. Files can be requested in the support portal.

Save the config.xml
Restart UCC
The final step is restarting the UCC, so that the prompt can be loaded during startup.
