Update Dialogue Manager

Prerequisites

When updating to DC2022.06 or higher:

ASP.NET Core 6.0.8 (or a later 6.0 series) Runtime & Hosting Bundle A bundle is a fixed combination of our software platform elements of very specific versions. These are designed and tested to optimally work together to assure their intended function and interoperability. is required.

When updating to DC2023.04 or higher:

Custom Session Plugin is no longer used, for information about removing see: Uninstall Custom Sessions plugin

EventForwarder Plugin requires the Uri setting, see: Add Plugin Settings

Update
Note
The Dialogue Manager service will perform the update queries on the database. Make sure the account connecting is database owner.
Deploy package
-
Unzip the AnywhereNow Dialogue Manager package

Edit the properties.ps1
-
Domain = Domain of the install account
-
UserName = Username of the install account
-

Run install.ps1 in PowerShell as administrator
Restart UCC and validate

Login to the AnywhereNow Application Server

Start Services
-
Restart "Unified Contact Center"

See the logs if Dialogue Manager is successfully loaded
