Removing a UCC
As part of managing one or more UCCs, you may want to remove a A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). A UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. that is no longer needed. The procedure is described in this article.
Shut down UCC

Remove UCC from config
The default path of this file is:
C:\ProgramData\Anywhere365\Core\Service\UnifiedContactCenterService\Config.xml

Delete the UCC cache folder
C:\ProgramData\Anywhere365\Core\Service\UnifiedContactCenterService\Cache
Remove from Skype for Business

Delete the Skype for Business TrustedApplication via with the cmdlet:

Remove-CsTrustedApplication -Identity serverfqdn/urn:application:ucc_name

Remove MSMQ's

Delete the MSMQ’s of the UCC via:
- Computer Management
- Services and Applications
- Message Queueing
- Private Queues
- Search for the MSMQ named: ucc_ucc_name and choose right click, delete.
Warning
Be careful, only perform this step when the UCC is offline.
Remove from SharePoint

Open the SharePoint configuration site of the UCC. (can be copied from the config.xml earlier)
- Open the gear icon and go to Site Settings
- Choose Delete this site
- Confirm and Delete
- (Template 6.0 or higher) Also remove the UCC from the UCC Creator list.
(Optional) Remove Webchat

Delete the following files:
- In C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
- Delete ChatHub_ucc_name
- Delete WebChat_ucc_name
- In IIS
- Delete ChatHub_ucc_name
- Delete WebChat_ucc_name
- In C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
